The Beginning

The beginnings of SAFWAH came from a realization that something was missing from what we consider ‘healthy.’ Living an active lifestyle, eating nutritious food, and being physically fit isn’t everything, how we clean and care for our bodies matters more than you might think!

We pump our bodies full of synthetics and harmful ingredients daily through our moisturizing creams and hair care products. So many supposedly natural skincare brands add unnecessary components to their products, with no added effect but to damage the environment.

Taking a deeper look at our once-loved cosmetics (with the help of knowledgeable people),
we discovered that there was an alternative — SAFWAH was born out of this realization.

Since then, we’ve crossed borders in search of the most powerful plants for healing. Guided by people in-the-know and a deep desire for higher quality skincare, we embarked on a journey to source products from across the globe, from prickly pear oil harvested in the deserts of Morocco to Nilotica Shea butter found only in East Africa.

We don't use pretty yet wasteful product packaging, but instead sell products in recyclable materials like amber glass and aluminum jars, which are labeled with 100% recycled paper. We will never overpack your order, as we prioritize the environment.

Cutting back on fancy packaging has enabled us to keep prices affordable for our quality products.
